Pen Fountain (GSPMAG01)

Hand Turned Fountain Pen made from Spalted Magnolia wood in gold finish. This pen has a screw off top that screws on to the bottom when in use. The nib is a medium point. 

All of our pens are finished with a high friction wax and crystal coat applied on the lathe.

Wood – This pen is made from a Magnolia tree that was reclaimed after Hurricane Laura in August of 2020 from Pineville, Lousiana. The spalting process occurs when wood develops unique dark lines and color changes caused by early stages of decay of fallen trees. The decaying process stops when we process the wood for turning and seal it with the finishing process.

Refill - This pen takes a standard fountain refill. We typically use Penn State Industries (item #PK10-FPR). Refillable cartridges are also compatible.
