Hand Turned Deer Grunt made from Kiaat wood

Insert - This is a white tail deer insert with adjustable O Ring and accordion flex tube for volume control. It offers six different white tail sounds. Different pitches (from doe bleat down to buck grunt) are produced by sliding the O ring down the notches on the tone board.

Finish – All of the wood components of our game calls are finished with a high friction wax and crystal coat that is applied on the lathe.

Wood – Kiaat, also known as African Teak, is a durable, exotic hardwood native to southern and eastern Africa. Kiaat ranges in color, but typically features a golden brown base with light reddish brown streaking. Kiaat is often used in boatbuilding for planking and interior trim due to its water resistance, which makes it a great choice for game calls.
